Aging 2.0

Aging 2.0 is the fruition of two entrepreneurs creating global forums in which other entrepreneurs can network on products, services, and technologies for the older adult marketplace. They have a killer free enewsletter that keeps you updated on 50+ innovations and events.

Henry Cisneros (Ed.) - Independent for Life: Homes and Neighborhoods for an Aging America (2012)

Henry Cisneros, former US Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), collaborated on this 2012 volume with the Stanford Center for Longevity. Articles are written by leading contributors in their fields and cover the gamut of aging issues: demographics, social services, retrofitting homes, age-friendly neighorhoods, and the political climate. I could have done a lot less literature research if I had started with this book. It is easy to read and targeted at consumers, not just academics. If you want to know the issues and can only buy one book, this is the book.

She is helping to get the word out about my survey.
